Emergency lighting systems have luminous light sources that are held within the body of the fixture with both beveled side panels constructed of clear polycarbonate. Most of these are small enough for virtually any application and eliminate the necessity of aiming and locking lamp heads.
Most of the emergency lighting systems use rechargeable, maintenance-free, replaceable 6-volt, 4.5-ah batteries. These can be mounted from the ceiling or with its back against the wall. Generally, the green LEDs are more expensive to manufacture than red LEDs. |
