The founder of this company is Mike Levkowitz, started selling lighting fixtures out of his home back in 1953. His home-based business was a success so he decided to open a retail store. It became highly profitable that eventually requires a much larger facility so he decided to change the image into a do-it-your self-warehouse that mimic the popular home centers of that time. His son Danny Levkowitz takes over managing the business and began to reassess the lighting and home furnishings industry. His goal is to establish the most elegant showroom in Tucson so he began to expand their lighting base to include home furnishings and accessories and with this changed came a total revamped of the look and feel of the showroom. Their showroom in Tucson, their lighting, furniture and accessories blend and invite the customer to imagine the complete look in their home.
